Programs you save are stored only in your own browser on this device (local storage). They never reach our servers, and clearing your browser data removes them.

Email alerts

If you sign up for deadline alerts, we store your email address and the city you chose with our email provider (Resend), only to send those alerts. You must confirm by clicking a link before we add you, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We don't sell or share your email.

Listing requests

If you run a program and use our listing form, we receive your name, work email and message by email so we can reply and update the listing.

Cookies and tracking

We don't run ads or third-party tracking cookies. When you click an affiliate link, the merchant may set its own cookie to credit the referral; that's covered by the merchant's privacy policy.
